Mgt C — Station × channel grid: where interactions are, how well they are recorded, and what is missing

Rows = channel families. Columns = stations. Three modes color the same grid by coverage, by open items, or by gap decisions. Click a cell for the cards, the missing source, and the actions.

all cards recorded with a clock some daily / free text some not recorded future only empty cell not yet decided

Click a cell

The register cards for that station and channel appear here, with their data source, open items, and the missing-source fix. Empty cells ask for a decision.

Interaction pattern

  1. Coverage mode (default): cell color = weakest recording status among its cards. The shape is the finding: SMS rows green, voice rows red.
  2. Open items mode: cells recolor by how many queue items sit there; red count badges are clickable and lead to the ledger.
  3. Gap decisions mode: empty cells are hatched until someone marks them "none by design" or "gap"; the decision is stored (in the live version, on the register). This is the completeness audit Part IV of the contact map asks for.
  4. Cell click: cards with source and open-item counts; a "Missing source / fix" box; buttons to open the first queue item (D), to see the cell's station on the swimlane (A), and, in the live version, to request a data feed or create a rule.
  5. Row / column totals show which channel and which station hold the most unrecorded work.
Good at: completeness and the data-layer diagnosis. Bad at: sequence; nobody learns the journey from it. The working tool behind the register, not the picture for Bill.
