Viz A — Prism: clinic worklists → patient → action

What is preserved from the portal: clinic cards with stuck counts; the worklist columns (patient, color, days in color, where stuck, days stuck, named owner, recommended next action) with click-to-sort and color filters; the drill-down with both color axes, the action hub (LIVE versus SIMULATED labelled), the encounter timeline, the disposition history and the audiogram attempts. What is added: a priority sort that puts SLA breaches and VIP patients first (toggle back to oldest-first), the SLA clocks from the rules card (Blue 10 days, Gray 3 days, Green same-day, gone-dark after two attempts on two channels), and the "every outreach option" list per color.
