Columns = stations. Rows = who acts. A card is a register interaction; its stripe says how it is recorded. A red badge is the number of open queue items sitting on that card; click it to work them.

Interaction pattern

  1. Scan: the column headers carry the total open items per station; hatched cells are measured leaks; red badges say where the items are.
  2. Filter: lane, recording status, free-text search, or "only cards with open items" to collapse the map to today's work.
  3. Inspect: click a card. The drawer shows owner, SOP and PFP step, timer, the data source (and what is missing), and the open items on that card.
  4. Act: each open item has an "Open →" that lands on the patient ledger (Mockup D) where the disposition is captured and written back to CounselEAR through the API.
  5. Escalate: a leak pill opens the same drawer scoped to the whole cell, with a "work this list" button; in the live version that is the RCM queue for that station.

Good at: who touches the patient, when, and whether it is written down, in one glance; the badges turn the map into a worklist. Bad at: flow and volume; crowded past ~40 cards without the filters.
